SO Rev backed out on buying the fender from that 1 guy in that 1 FS thread, to sav some money and just worry about the fender later. I must say REV, I am just going to get a Fender from the dealer instead since you are backing out. My Body kit, or should I say "our body kits" are gonna get fitted on my car with PERFECT (once swapped) fenders that are properly aligned. Ill take pics and you'll see the bumper fit perfect on my car, however... on your car with your dented fender.... might not fit the same. Just saying REV. You cant take the plunge into a project and not go the whole "right" way of things. Im learning that with my turbo kit. I was going to run with the Greddy RS BOV that comes with the kit but from like 3 different people I have been recommended to run a SSQV. Its the reason I am picking up that Limited Edition Black HKS SSQV BOV off of RX82HATE. That guy was selling $110 per fender + $120 per fender for shipping which is $230 per fender in GG I belive.. ITs going to cost more to paint that way .

 

because my body shop will have to take time to sand it and then primer and paint. Which in the case if I bought one straight ffrom the dealer, He would onyl have to primer and Paint (even though of course he will still test fit it). Kind of bums me out REV. Most people wouldnt care about another persons car, but, I mean...c'mon now. Im not trying to convince you to go through with the sale, im just saying... Replace that fender or you mihgt wanna bring your own car for fitting with that dented fender. Im just saying that you are going to take that risk of the bumper not fiting correctly like its going to on my car, and tehn I dont want you to come on the forum saying that my body shop doesnt know how to fit a bumper correctly. That would not be a cool thing because my body shop has a very high reputation it holds and continues to keep through its awesome project cars. Ill let you do as you wish, but dont say I didnt tell you.

lol zumn the fender isn't that bad and doesn't affect the fit of the front bumper at all. I mean I'd rather get the fender now but I'm not gonna do it unless you want me to owe you money later

 

ok. i was just letting you know, but its here in public taht you decided not to, so dont say nothing afterwards. I would even tell you he can possiblle fix the fender you have right now for less, but of course you are not gonna bring it in, so never mind on that. I just dont wanna have you running around with a super clean front end and a not so pretty fender. But on to the next subject...

Hope my wheels arrive like they are scheduled to on Friday. They are being shipped to my body shop which is a commercial adresse that gets the shipments first right? Well I let my body shop guy know that the wheels are being delivered and that i want paint match on the face of the rim. He said it would be difficult and depends on the type of the rim, but that it can be done. Then I told him that they are 2 piece and the face and the barrel can be seperated. He then said "I can easily paint it with no problems then, and It will be a lot cheaper. I told him great. Im gonna ride on the wheels to the DYNO DAY, but then..

 

the next week I am going to put my dubs back on my car and take the SSR's apart and take the 1 slightly bent barrel to RB Motorsports in City Of Industry to get the Barrel Fix/ heat treated back to where its suppose to be/look like. THe faces mean while, will be at the shop getting painted along with fender/body kit/ maybe some other crap. I just wnana be able to snanp some before and after pics of deh wheels.

^Because some people are shady like that. Im not saying that you are. For instance... When I was at my body shop today I had a local friend take in his Celica and New Body kti to the shop. It toook 2 weeks to get painted. He called in today and said that he changed his mind about getting it painted. That if it was too late on the paint already being done. It was already ready for pick up. My BOdy shop guy Im just going to call him by his real name "ALEX" told the guy that he owes him $1200 for paint and body work. The guy said that he doesnt have that much but that he really needs his car back cuz he needs transportation. Alex told him not without paying. The guy got mad and told him off and hung up. He had his mom call a couple minutes later. His mom was bitching that Alex wouldnt release his car. Alex told them to pay and then he will release. They said no. He said "Give me at least 900 and ill let you pay the rest later". They said no, and that if he didnt release the car that they would take him to

 

court. Alex then told them that they knew that the car cannot be worked on before a job order is made, and cannot be released unless payment is made. It states so in the contract. They continued to say they will sue, but a contract is a contract so IDK what that kid is thinking. Im just saying.. there are shady people out there. And that kid was one, that I least expected. has anybody ever played that pc puzzle/adventure game called N+?? it's on PSP too n' i think ds but anyways - that **** is addicting as hell! lol. Really simple concept and super short learning curve but it progressively gets more n' more interesting...iono...figured i'd share my version of 'killing boredom' w/everybody

 

I got a game on my Iphone where you move blocks to fit the red one threw the hole. Pretty fun as well and small learning curve. Lol

on another note anyone know anyone who wants to trade rb mid for a ap mid?

 

yeah paris i have it on 360 its addicting i just hate levels when your playing with friends you get seperated and have to count on them

I don't want zumn to buy both fenders unless I KNOW I can pay him back right away (ie LAX Meet next friday). With buying my "ings look" bumper and painting it and everything it's already going to be quite a bit, he's done enough for me already.
