Go to "Settings". Then "Applications". Then "Running Services". Check and see what is running and wearing the battery down.

They have the HTC Droid now. I had a choice between the two. Moto or HTC. Both are "Buy one get one free"

the new HTC's coming out are going to have the snapdragon processor so I'm waiting for them to hit the shelves.
1 ghz processor in a cell phone!
