The world we live in doesn't tolerate such things anymore.
I remember when I was going through school, I was in my fair share of fights, hell my buddy took 6 bullets at close range in retalliation for an *** kickin' we'd handed the guy's younger brother the day before.
Fights for stealing stuff equaled suspension for a day or maybe even a week. NO big deal unless someone took it personally and started shooting.
These days?!
**** man, you so much as punch a guy: you'll be expelled, arrested, AND THEN come all the stupid civil lawsuits.
I'm not opposed to an eye for an eye type justice but these days it doesn't stop at that. It's not worth it anymore.

well i see were your coming from ill just have to see how much damage my 1/2 inch rachet will do damage to him cause im not about to let him get near my face, i rammed a foos face into a locker in high school for being a faget and jumping on my back in the locker room so this is gonna be sweet vengence so he better return it, or ill just wait til im a deputy and i know that ****** steals **** ill get him caught again and send him back to jail

Stay calm mike. It may feel good to beat a guy senseless (I wouldn't know tbh) but keep in mind there are plenty of other ways to humiliate someone

jedi is spot on with the advice, you never know these days how someone will retalliate..always have to watch your back think about the people you are with and where you go..not a good feeling, i took a bullet in the back for just being around the wrong person at the wrong time

i say if you wanna be a big man about it - go ahead n' follow through with your plan - if you get caught up - then you'll have plenty of time to think about it when you're locked up because of an ipod n' $60.
if you get away with it - good for you. Just remember, the roll of the dice doesn't always fall your way. Btw, what makes you so sure he won't be expecting you? or ready to retaliate by getting more pussies to gang up on you afterwards??

yea its just an ipod and some cash man. It's not worth whatever you'd get into for it. You'll lose and make plenty of cash in your life trust me man.

its not the ipod its the principle and its the sentimental value i bought it when i was a freshmen i worked my butt off for it , i have another ipod but i will do it peacefull at first if he dont listen then ill go ahead and get him back in a way i will not get in trouble

Gregs: we usually do the Socal beach cruise run. After we hit main street i say we hit up either BJ's or HB Beer Company for some burgers n' brew (for those of us who can enjoy it legally). Then just hang out for a lil' bit...
i figure a couple of us are goin' thru some stuff (myself included) n' so i figure why not kill a couple of birds with the same stone.

O man Atilla +1 on the going thru some stuff... thats why i was excited when i saw you post that because ive been wanting to get out and just drive my car. just need to clear my head.... and my girlfriends mom definetly doesnt help with that when shes home on the weekends...
