...thats what the commercials are supposed to make you tihnk. Finish the engineering stuff. I am goin for a similar major and in the end it sure be well worth it.
dozer: a change of perspective always helps but realize what you will be doing and why you're doing it. Make sure it's not an emotional trip - those only last for a couple of months at the most - don't try and shape a life outta it. However if it's for the benefit of both yourself and those around you then by all means - seek it out. Life is about decisions. We make bad ones and we make good ones but that can only be determined by the person who's living it. Make sure you make the right decisions for you and the ones you love. Remember, your life doesn't only affect you - but also the people who love you. I know your parents both still care about you a lot bro - make sure that when you make your decision you do it for them too.
Hope this helps.
Hope this helps.
The initial requirements are easy. Once you get into the fleet you're going to be doing a lot more stuff. It's not about getting in, it's about staying in. I know because I live 4 blocks from the navy base. Plus, unless you are planning on being frontline infantry you don't have worry too much. It's wartime and the marines aren't very selective. If anything join the air force.
