j03: don't put a cover on for at least a week after you get your car back in case the paint is still a bit soft.
if you use it for overnight, just know that the cover will still be a bit moist when you get to work and go to reuse it. This is a good / bad thing. It's good because the cover will dry out quickly and with the Noah you don't need to worry about mold / mildew but you'll get some water spots on your car from re-applying it. I don't think the water marks will be very noticable on a silver though, on my black they were quite obvious.

Cool thanks for the pointers. The cover wont be here for about a week plus the body shop told me to let it sit in the sun for about a week so that it fully cures. New lustre is sexy.

it's okay Vlaze, age isn't the only factor when it comes to having brittle bones/joints...You're fine! ^_^

Joey: My b, I had presumed it was about the bone issue lol Hope that cover works out well for you!!

Rory: first off, wtf? secondly, there is always more for you to know, but as of right now, you know everything there is to know from this point henceforth in this conversation

Yes I have realized a car cover is a requirement with a car like the 8. I would recommend everyone get one for the sake of there car. I learned my lesson.

I just don't see the point of having one when I store it in the garage in the winter time when no dust is hardly circulating with a wet/dry environment and in spring-fall I'm driving it everyday.

Vlaze: yeah I understand that, I'll be happy if I'm not in a wheelchair or have knee surgery by the age of fifty...

Joey: You know, I wish everyone who owns an 8 was as knowing as you, the VR in my apartment complex....still has yet to have the snow cleaned off....it's been sitting like that for at least 2 weeks now

Yeah, I so want to get my eight within the year so I can show them how to properly take care of such a beautiful car...

I have yet to see the person who drives it aswell, it's only ever taken out once in a while, so they must have a DD on top of it
