what kaiser coverage do you you have that its so bad, i got kaiser after having blue cross for years, because kaiser is the only insurance that would actually cover my surgury, i have nothing but good thins to say about kaisers service, i can see my doctor quick im in im out only 5 dollar copay only 4 bucks for prescriptions, and best part is the kaiser hospital is 3 miles from my house instead of 20 lol

 

The service at kaiser is terrible, god forbid you ever need your medical records they make it as difficult as possible it is a mess of administrative hurdles

 

maybe you just had a bad experience, or have a lower coverage

 

I deal with them on a weekly basis mike, and it affects all of the kaiser facilities in southern california. This is just a fact of their service side the doctors are all fine for all I know

 

so yeah...bosses are gone to a meeting with the investors off site.
