I may have a job as a server at the Irvine location but I'm debating if the position is worth leaving my current. Best upside would be server experience, I could then get a job someplace higher scale in due time.
Right now I am ~1.5x minimum wage with free food from a variety of locations as well as seniority to receive a salaried position next. Only catch is, its not something I want to do farther down the line, as a full time salaried worker. Waiting tables would be much more flexible with school...
Any advice Jedi? The Lazy Dog spot would be min wage + tips but like I said, that job in itself isn't what I'd be working there for - I'd be in it for the experience.

Can't take more time than what I'm already doing. When I say too much time as a salaried position I'm talking 40-60 hours weekly. Server hours really depend on if your lead/manager likes you, thus they'll put you on staff more. I do scheduling where I work so I know how it goes, lol.
