I want to change the front bumper on my S2 to a good after market but I can't seem to find many online and it doesn't seem like many shops carry parts for the 8. Does anyone recommend anyone local that can purchase/carry parts?

we can order any bumper an install it if needed. You dont find many kits because fitment is a huge issue. Only a few that actually fit without lots of trimming and mods.

Just purchased my New 2007 RX8 Crystal White Pearl AT, Leather, Looks like GT package, but no chrome pedals or emblems under bumpers, front or rear

Previous RX7 owner, 85 GSLSE, sad day when I let that go

But here now with a much better ride

Looking forward to learning ways to tastefully increase my ride satisfaction

Ordered LED lighting for interior, Reverse, Fog lights and parking lights

Started off by reading threads

There's meets going on???

 

one of the most active meets was the one in Cerritos hosted by SCAR (SoCal All Rotary), that meet went on for YEARS and was quite fun. Unfortunately SCAR dissolved at the end of the year but the main guy behind it started up a new meet at the same spot.

Oh yea, the SCAR meets. I follow him/it/they/them on IG and always say to myself, "I'll go to the next one." Then the day comes and I flake.

Cerritos is manageable, it's about 30 mins from me.

 

I'll be out of town for this month's meet but hoping to make the next one.

 

I probably won't make this month's either. I'll roll by the next one, but likely not in the RX-8.

 

What are you gonna be driving

 

BMW 540. The RX-8 is not registered, insured, etc.
