Hey guys long time no see. Well it was bound to happen but the 8 finally kicked the bucket at 93,700 miles. I know I'm going to need a new engine and a few other things. Also need new fuel pump, clutch and clutch bracketncuz mine decided to crack again. If someone can give me a range at what I'm looking at money wise and if someone can recommend someone to do the job that will be great. Hope you all had fun in Vegas this weekend. Been to long since I've been to whiv meet.

Hey! I've heard a lot of good things about Neptune Speed here in Huntington Beach. It's a bit of a ways from Upland, but from what I've heard they do great work which might justify the trip.
Yeah, I know Jedi goes there and has nothing but great things to say about them. It's going to be a big job and expensive to boot. Socal guys hit me up if you have my number still or Facebook me. Thanks guys.
Does anyone know of a good Rotary shop in the Torrance / Redondo Beach area.
My car is having some mechanical/power issues and I want to get someone experienced in rotaries to have a look at it.
Thanks,
Dan

Neptune Speed, Huntington Beach. Closest one I know. It was just posted above.
Lucky 7 Racing in Duarte is where I had my engine replaced. The reman core from MAZDA was $1,500 back in 2013. The labor is what cost me more totalling close to $4,200. I know a guy who builds rotary and installs it all at his home in Monterey Park, right next to East L.A. College.
This was in my email inbox and it reminded me of you guys!

How's everyone doing! Everyone still have their 8's or have they moved on?

West End in Gardena or Evasive Motorsport in Santa Fe Spring. if you have coilovers those are your choices.
Hi everyone! I know it's been some time since I last posted anything. I would like to start working on this thread again, update the meets section, and possibly delete the members section since it's people have either got rid of their cars or moved onto other things.
