The 2.0t is essentially an evo engine.
The 3.8 is a v6 NA high compression engine which means no turbo and very little gains from bolt on parts.
The V6 comes with 306 to the flywheel stock, but your not getting much past that you'd be lucky to see 300 whp that's with extensive modification.
Always go stock turbo always...

rev go with the 2.0t who cares of your slow you can run a blow off valve and sound madd cool
and id personally rather go to a system of a down concert over whiv too so yay roger

My money is on the 2.0T.
Yea the v6 will make 300 whp maybe even hit 350 after extensive work and money.
But if you put that same money into a 2.0t you'll get more power its as simple as that. Always go with the turbo I learned that lesson many times.

you guys ever consider he just wants a solid car, and not wanting to crazy modding another car or thinking about tracking.
The 3 series is so common because bimmers are just solid cars.
