I'm seriously quitting, my alveoli have black specs in them, it's time to quit.

Alveoli is the tiny air sacs at the end of your bronchioles; the area where O2 and CO2 are exchanged through the tiny capillaries. I haz black spots; those are bad.

Ah...I remember the days of my youth paying $3 for a pack of cigs.. glad I quit cold turkey then.

 

I use to smoke Marlboro Reds 100's for a good couple of years, then discovered Marlboro Virginia Blends 100's. They stopped making those about two years ago (They only come in standard size now, not 100's anymore) so I started smoking Marlboro Lights 100's for the last two years. I also sometimes smoke some Cloves once in a while.

 

I smoke reds when I'm out of Lucky Strikes... ><

 

I didnt know ppl out west like marlboro. Thought it was all camels and kools... Btw i grew up next to the original Marlboro farm.
