cardio duhhh, and plus every body is different, like for example my brother has ben getting bigger by eating more and not doing cardio cause he has a fast metaboism so thats the only way he will get bigger or else he just stayes lean, im the complete opposite i do way more cardio, cardio daily weights 3-4 times a week and lots of sleep :]
