Hell, you can set up a web cam and I'll help you step by step as to what to do.

Basically...

Step 1: Jack up car.
Step 2: Drain oil.
Step 3: Remove water and oil line.
Step 4: Remove exhaust manifold.
Step 5: Remove Turbo.
Step 6: Replace Turbo.
Step 7: Reinstall Manifold.
Step 8: Re-attatch the oil and water lines.
Step 9: Add oil.
Step 10: Lower car.
Step 11: Drive.

A stock turbo for the SR20 is like $100-$200, it's not expensive at all.
