You need to port and polish your internals by sand blasting. Go grab a 10lb bag of sand, turn on your car, remove intake filter, and pour the sand into the intake slowly. If the car starts to shudder, step on the gas.

Yeah I have a pesky CEL that keeps hanging around. It will go off after a couple of drives then come back on. It came on after my long trip up to San Fran dunno what happened I even cleared the ECU & everything

 

For 30K, manual states to replace:

* Oil change
* Clean the air filter
* Replace the brake fluid
* Replace the transmission fluid
* Replace the rear diff fluid

Also, manual states to inspect:

* Drive belt
* Fuel lines, hoses and connections
* Cooling system
* Brake line, hoses and connections
* Disk brakes
* Steering operation and linkages
* Front and rear suspension and ball joints
* Driveshaft dust boots

john: sometimes when Im at a stop and accelerate my car will straightup bog. Like it'll feel like it stalled but then it gets back up. Im like wtf o_O

You don't want an engine fire because of a loose fuel line. Check the dust boots on your driveshaft too, make sure they're not fubared or else.

 

It bogs? Hmmmm.... your intake ports might be stuck. Is it bogging around 5800 RPMs? If it is, it's your ports trying to open.
