Actually, I gained 20 lbs after the car accident thing. I blame the whole hospitalization and not being able to move for a couple of months because of my broken ribs...

yeah i used to have an afro. and it was big. like afro samurai big.

but unfortunately me having an afro or braids makes me seem unapproachable thanks to todays society. lol so it had to go.

Upon getting my first 'real job' i showed up with my hair in a clean tail. Management saw it on the first day and requested me to cut it becuase it wasn't 'clean' for this work environment or something like that because it was my first job i jumped as high as they wanted me to and i chopped the crop

i could understand though - i'm polynesian so when my hair wasn't in a tail or braided I looked like troy polamalu

and whats funnier is that after you've been there for a bit and they get to know you they dont care if you were to grow it out again. its like "oh ok hes not gonna rob us or murder us" lol
