Oh, and please ignore the cheap Pepboys filter... All the other filters (Apex'i, K&N, etc.) gets crushed by the suction at 14 psi... This one seems to hold up even though it's a super crappy flowing filter.

I got free tickets to the Grand Prix today and I had to skip out on it... along with the Pie run since I was on my deathbed unable to move...

 

So my car got the to meet the bad end of something flying down the road on Saturday night. During the cruise something flew in and left my radiator thinking to itself....HMMMM I don't think I want all this coolant inside of me anymore. Needless to say I had a waterfall coming out of the bottom of my car.

And since it was Sunday when I had to call around to get it checked out to see if warranty covered it all that jazz... no one was open. So right now my car is coolant free and undriveable.

Nothing happened to the new bumper but I'm sad non-the-less.

Thanks to Atilla and his friend for hanging out waiting for the tow truck...

 

So.. that's what happened! I was getting sick and I was in bed all yesterday...

I doubt that it'll be covered under warranty since the part didn't fail by itself. Basically, warranty covers only defects.

If it hit the bottom then that might be the radiator...

 

Yah I'm almost positive it wont be covered under the warranty. and it was MOST definitly the radiator... by the time it was done leaking it looked someone had washed their car with the amount of liquid that was in the gutter and under my car.

More then likely something flew in and hit it... you can see a huge chunk missing out of my undercarriage and a huge chip out of the bottom part of the radiator.

So I think I am going to go through insurance and have Phat replace it for me. I'm just hoping nothing happened to my engine... because I dont know exactly when it happened during the night. I started to hear the scraping from the undercarriage towards the end sooo who knows

Adam's car went emo after it saw my "painted" Autobahn front and decided to blow up.

 

hahah ***... Its all good I went out and looked at it this morning in quiet contemplation and even UNpainted it looks so effing sick.

Sooooo good news everyone.... Radiator is gonna cost 175ish... Dealership wanted to charge close to 900....

Bad news is.... the tow truck ****... broke the bumper and clear corner off today when dropping it off at the shop......

Soooo update on the Towing Idiot and my car that I forgot to mention before.

The towing guy that dropped my car off yesterday and broke it, OPENLY admitted to me that he smokes pot with a medicinal license..... hmm sounds like someone is EFFED!!!!
