Naw I don't think so. I think I'm alergic to something.... Idk. Like it goes away for like an hour or two or when I'm just chilling with my gf(relaxing just hanging with her and talking) but then bam it's like back and won't go away for a long time. Thanks I hope so too!

Hmmm, try some calming things, I don't think all of the stresses from work etc. are helping. Sleep patterns help, yoga may help you stretch out some muscles...I would do some neck stretches.

Some people have the tendency to let their shoulders bunch up if they're typing at the computer, and what that does is that the Trapezius, Splenius Capitis, and the Semispinalis Capitis muscles will get accustomed to sitting in a shortened state, so when you try to relax your shoulders, you're then stretching those muscles constantly cause they're not used to being in a relaxed state. It DOES cause headaches, trust me.

There are other occurrences that can affect those muscles' stretching capabilities, poor posture, certain way you sleep, but the typing at the computer is the one case I've seen in person (my sis in law is too short for her desk so she bunches her shoulders up so she can type at her desk)

I'm hoping yours will go away, but I'm sure it's not a bad thing to stretch out your neck muscles anyways, not many people do it, and that's how you get cricks in your neck...
