Atilla! while you're here, what is the highest offset wheel + width + tire you can think of that has been fit on an 8?

Tilt: 18x10 +50 something was the highest i ever heard of - mind you this was only heard. I know Team was fitting some 18x10's in like +48 offset IIRC. I would imagine 18x10.5 +50 would work.

 

guys stupid question. whats the different between fender rolling and shaving?

Haha thanks bud. Still didn't get too much out of that, just a bunch of other forums. But from what I did see it seems that shaving is just cutting the part of the fender that you'd roll? I don't see how thats worse than rolling?

 

its easier to ruin the paint by shaving them

 

zach: yeah, shaving is where they cut off the inside of the fender instead of rolling it upwards.
some people don't like shaving because then that metal can rust and sometimes it stays sharp which can be bad if your tire rubs.

they both accomplish the same thing, just different ways of going about it.
