I'm wondering if someone can help me out.
My wife and I are moving outta vegas, I have a job offer for a store in south coast plaza (temp while my photog thing works out)
So I was wondering what decent areas are around there? My friend lives in Huntington Beach area, lovely but pricey. I know I'm going to pay more living in cali but its a cost were willing to make.
I'm looking at going to school too, I looked at one school, I think in glendale but that's far isn't it from huntington beach area? Can anyone recommend any good schools in the area around south coast plaza area?

Any help will be appreciated!

Glendale is a little bit too far from the Huntington Beach area, you would be driving across the entire city pretty much. I think nikkdizzle goes to school in Costa Mesa I'll ask him.

There are A LOT of RX8s in this area of So Cal though

 

hey mike where were you haha i drived in to king taco at 11:10 and cruised around looking for sum 8s but no luck haha then i ran mt bauldy and then gmr and may i say that gmr omg....i almost hit sum guy on a speedbike where it turns to one rode and no center divider

 

What type of school are you looking for? Glendale is around 55 miles from South Coast Plaza, very far!

I've been to South Coast a handful of times and used to live down the street. I now live 7 miles away but know the area very well. Cool to hear you're coming to socal! Check out Costa Mesa for living as well, fairly nice and a bit closer to South Coast.

- santa Ana (parts of this city are very nice but others are not so be aware)
- Fountain Valley (small city between South Coast Plaza and H.B.)

As far as school, you looking for Community College or University?
Look at Orange Coast College and Golden West College.

I'm just looking for a decent school for photography. 55 miles does sound far tho.!
I know lena gave some good schools to me. But they're on my flickr mail and I'm on my cell phone at the moment so can't check.
My wife and I just wanna live somewhere decent with stuff to do, not to far away from anything. You know what I mean?
She wants to dance for disney so I guess not too far from anaheim, and south coast
