What else do we gots planned for that weekend? Sat morning breakfast/lunch.... what else? Needs to know these things...
Phil, Armin or Anthony... could ya fill me in? i'm on vacation starting the 10th and it might be difficult for me to add the days prior... so i'd like to come up w/ a plan so i can make this...mmmkay?

That's right, time for a big Multi-State meet! This meet is open to anyone in SoCal, Vegas, and even surrounding states who want to drive out and spend a few days with our Vegas friends.
Phil8 will be helping to organize this event, including a meet on Friday night and possibly a canyon drive to Red Rock on Saturday.
Phil will also be working on getting us a discounted Hotel rate for the weekend so stay tuned for Hotel name / rates.
Date: August 8th-10
Leaving early on Friday morning to avoid most of the traffic. Meet up spot TBD

Q: Isn't it too hot that time of year?
A: It's hot HERE so what's the difference. It's nothing that a pair of shorts and a t-shirt can't fix.
Q: But GAS PRICES are sooooo high!!!
A: Lets face reality. Gas prices ARE high and they're not coming down ANY time soon. Lets just get used to it and have some fun.
Q: Where are we staying?
A: Dominion is working on a reduced rate for us at the Candlewood Suites. You're free to stay anywhere you like, this is where I'll be and a great optoin for most.
I'll add more as I think of them.

August 8, Friday = There will be a joint meet on the strip the time and meeting place as yet unknown but it should be early evening so as to give every one time to settle in and get off work. The Friday meet is being set up by Armin and he should post all the particulars shortly.
August 9, Saturday = A drive to and around Lake Mead for the great views and picture opportunities is being set up by Anthony (DonJuanMair). I am sure he will shortly post time and meeting place.
Right now that is all the organized contact available. I am sure that several of us will make special arrangement with individuals that we may already know. This gives the SoCal bunch a reason and a time to party Vegas style.

Rooms are on hold under my name @ the employee rate and good to go. Just let me know who needs a smoking room. Cus if you smoke in a non smoking room its $150.00 fee. They make you sign for it @ check in.

it means alot of guys together. like, at a party, when you walk in and it's full of dudes, that's called a sausage fest. watch eurotip, they mention it. and their whole trip is a sausage fest.
