does anyone know a shop around the san fernando valley or in LA that would install a remote start module on a MT RX-8?

i have a shop that will install my Viper 5901 that includes a Remote Start and tilt sensor but he refuses to install Remote Start, but said he will install everything else.

so does anyone know any shop around those areas that would install Remote Start on a Manual Transmission?

i mean i dont understand the risks if you dont leave your car in gear... plus he tells me that its dangerous because the car could roll, but then again what idiot does not use the E-Brake, even if it is in gear? but even so, i never park my car in gear even on a hill, i just turn the front wheels toward the curb so in case the Brakes do fail the car itself would not go anywhere to begin with.

No offense, but isn't the whole point of remote start to warm your car up in cold climates?

Don't you also have to keep your key or part of your key in the car for the ignition security to work?
