Hey everyone,

Just trying to get a feel for who's interested in attending this year's Sevenstock 6 event in Irvine on Saturday and Sunday, September 27-28, 2003. This will be our third year caravanning out to the event, and last year we had more than 15 cars with Phoenix and Tucson combined. This year we're looking to welcome some new RX-8 owners to the caravan.

The current plan is to depart "early" Friday morning (September 26th), arriving in Irvine around 3 p.m. Based on last year's attendees, some will drive back on Sunday evening while others will opt for an early Monday morning commute back into Phoenix.

Within the next week or two I'll be publishing a list of events, preferred hotel options, and any other information to help you in finalizing your plans.

OK for others as well? My son has a 2003 WRX and lives in Phoenix. I think he may be interested since he is a car freak like the rest of us. Besides, his dad owns an RX-8. :D

 

The more the merrier I always say, but please understand that the emphasis of the "caravan" will be rotary-powered vehicles. Will you be driving from Florida as well?

 

I wish I could. Don't really feel like putting 5-6K miles on the car in that short of a period. Have fun though!

We need to start something in the dead center, or close proximity, of the U.S. so more people would be apt to attend.
