I'm less than 5 minutes away from lakewood, if you want to meet up that day me sideswipe RE and possibly another person are planning to meet up before heading down to the brea

Indoor Display Vehicle Criteria:

Car batteries must be disconnected once parked indoors. This is easy, just bring a 10mm wrench / socket and take care of it as you're wiping down your cars.

I'm posting that information here as I know some of the cars in the caravan will be interested in displaying their RX-8's alongside some of sweetest cars that the rx7club will be bringing so I wanted to make you guys aware of pricing and the criteria for parking indoors.

The fuel issue isn't a big one, just plan accordingly for the caravan and I think most will be okay. I'm planning on keeping my car right around the 1/4 mark until SS and as soon as the event is over, I'll find a gas station and top off for the ride home.
Requiring 1/4 or less is pretty typical of indoor car shows so I hope you guys don't think we're just doing it to make your lives more difficult.

As for the battery requirement: This is an easy one and even if you forget your 10mm socket, I'm sure your neighbor will have one handy for you to borrow.

If anyone has any other questions regarding SevenStock 14 whether it's questions about the venue, event, schedule, pricing, caravan, etc etc please feel free to post here or PM me and I'll be happy to help out.

yeah Zumn, believe me man, it PAINS ME to have to ask you guys to pay a fee. It really does.

However, it was necessary to have SevenStock LIVE ON after we lost the ability to host it at our usual spot. As it stands, the SS crew is most likely going to lose money on this deal even with the event pricing so that's why we're asking for everyone to help chip in a little.
Renting the Fairplex was not cheap and we had to pay for it in advance.

Definitely consider outdoor display just to contribute some funds. (without much exterior mods, lol)
Can't do indoor cuz' hate to disconnect battery and have to relearn fuel trim. lol

No biggie.

This will likely up the quality of the cars, but lower the number of attendees.

In either case, I hope we can make things work, it would be a shame to see SS fade away simply due to a cut in Mazda funding...

The fees is not a big deal, it turns out more better when we will not see some tragedy like the ricey guy in SS13 ( this is my first SS but I watched a video from a ricey guy made it as funny style, I hate it).

I dont' think anyone here will be disappointed with SS. Aside from HUNDREDS of awesome Rotary powered cars, we'll have vendors from all over the country, tech seminars, raffles, etc.

That reminds me: make sure you guys bring a few extra bucks for T-shirts. We finalized the design of the shirt yesterday and I think you guys are gonna like it!
