Ok Samsonite - I'll admit it - I'm the "low carb'r!!!" (Breakfast is the easiest low carb meal - eggs & bacon/sausage/ham are completely low carb - just no toast.....)

I'll be at your house at 6:48. Is there a gas station on the way to breakfast? I'm driving up from Upland (about a 45+ minute drive).

there are plenty of gas stations on the way.

so... let me get this straight. you are going to drive 45 minutes to drive for an hour and then drive 45 minutes home?

It's a pretty nice ride up from Upland (at 6 AM, should be wide open fwy) - and, I like to drive - my 8 that is!

My daily driver is a Pontiac Montana Van (Co Car) so when the weekend comes, I'm ready to get in my RX8 and go!

Hi Krazie -

Yup, Upland - live on a street called "Coolcrest Way" - it's north of the 210 fwy, so you will frequently see my 8 on: Mountain Ave, Euclid Ave, Foothill, Baseline and the 210 fwy, of course!

And yes, my 8 is the Titanium grey with chrome wheels..........

have you seen me (or my car) around??? :D

Why not join me at 6:00 AM Sunday as I blast off to Samsonite's house???
Should be a GREAT/FUN drive through the twistys!

I'm a flake

Sorry all for flaking. Wife got sick Saturday evenning so I had to take care of the kid. The little one wakes up around 6am and wife wasn't feeling well so I ended up baby sitting.

How was the run? I hope good with no incidents...

Ya.....but, a flake with a family that needed you........

It was a GREAT ride - I did my best to keep up with Samsonite (Matt) who knows the road pretty well - there are some really nice twistys as well as nice scenery.

Maybe next time????

I do the same road every Sunday morning.

Anyone is free do join my morning walk.

Riccio, It was nice to meet you and I had a great time. Thanks for the coffee, I owe you. BTW, I love all the CF you have. I am shopping for some of the same pieces this week.

Get your partners Ferrari next time and I fire mine up and we can do the drive at a proper speed
