pit crew: we just got an email and there will be a delay in the start of the race

So i just got an email from amazon telling me there will be a delay in shiping forza2 out and i should expect any time from now until the 11th of june. I am going to go to gamestop or gamecrazy or curcitcity to pick it up today. the stores all open at 10. you think any will be left by noon? does it get released at noon or when the stores open. gamestop has something about 1 o'clock i think. who will have more should i leave at 10:00 to go get it!?

BTW, is anyone here looking to sell a mid pipe? i dont care if its stock or aftermarket. i just need to put the stock mufler back on for my new rear bumper.

im going to the police academy in less then a month and i dont want to get kicked out before it starts.
also, im getting a kenstyle rear bumper and although i like a center exhaust look better, i think ill wait until after the academy to change it.

@ Jorge....yes, definatley switch out the shifter, like Michael suggested. Very good suggestion actually.
@ Gerry, don't worry about your transmission....you're more likely to have cob webs in your tranny rather than gear grind issues.
@ Loren, yes, go down and get it today. Best Buy, Circuit City are good options. Then, when you get the one from Amazon, just return it to the to where you buy it from today (just keep your receipt and return the Amazon one before 30 days is up)....I think Best Buy's policy is 30-days after purchase....as long as the game is not opened.

Again, there is no way they would transform a NSX into a 4-seater. Really no reason to transform a S2000 into a 4 seater either.....

Hope everything gets fixed, but I would seriously consider taking the SS out before they see it.
They probably take note of everything that is related to the tranny, especially non-oem parts.
There are still a few of us that haven't had any issues w/ the transmission.
I'm close to 60k and no problems.
I don't believe SnoFl8k has had any problems.

i just got back and picked up my copy of forza2 and cars it was the only game valueded at $20 that was worth getting (freee) i would have gotten lego star wars 2 but they didnt have any in stock. going to be busy tonight!
