.....keep playing, it may come to you over time. I said the same thing about the Halo series, but gave it up to frustration.

@ Loren...Been speaking with the guy by email primarily. I think he is ready to buy, but who really knows. My registration is due pretty soon, it would be nice to not have to make that payment.

Big Boy Miata wants to see the jan. 13th race (first race for the 2008 season)...that is the goal. The car was running great last night, with no leaks. We got the tires back on and put it on the trailor so Casey could take it down to a muffler shop to have a muffler welded on. He did that today but was very dissapointed in how the car was running. It definately was not running well. He got home and said he saw a trail of fluid coming out of the car...smelled of fuel. He ran the car and found a problem with the injector in the 3rd cylinder. No plans to work on it tonight, but that is probably the next thing we will have to do to the car. I think we still have plans to have tires and an alignment done on Saturday (weather permitting).

@ Michael....I was speaking more of online play. 1st player game is ok, but a but boring to me after playing Halo 1 and 2....just seems like more of the same.

that black 8 is pretty damn low. (the pic angle helps that also) Did he remove the inside wheel well lining? (notice there's no screws / clips in near the wheel)

what suspension?

So my car is now almost a couple years old. I think I am in need of a full Zaino scrub. It has been waxed tons, but I think it may be time for the clay bar.

yeah, after 2 years it's time to Clay. Set aside a few hours on a weekend, shouldn't be too tough.

Somewhat should let that guy with the black 8 know he is corded on his front tires....look at the cord poking through on the inside of that front left tire. He most likely had to pull the fender lining because of clearance.

update on car sale.

The buyer got back to me a couple times tonight and is worried about a couple of things, and also doesn't look to have the 15k that he had planned on receiving from the insurance payoff on his previous 8 which was totalled.

I should be picking my car up tomorrow...so we'll give some updates tomorrow.

i think a lotta guys use the Mothers claybar u can get at pep boys. u'll also need to get a bottle of dawn diswashing liquid if u want to do zaino. but, i'll defer to jorge can tell u more about zaino, since he's the resident expert.

i usually just follow the regime that jun prescribed for me- ie wash, dry, and porter cable w/ sonus polish, then finish with p21s carnuba. takes all day- which is why i haven't washed the 8 in 6 months. hahahaha my car is shiny clean for 15 minutes after my back is broken.. but, what the heck. when i get my m3 it'll be red or a lower maintenance color for sure... :P

I have a buffer, And my car is white. I may just take that route.

I put a coat of wax on it the other day and realized I am starting to get the pits and cuts that normal wax will not get rid of.

First things first ; My spark plugs showed up yesterday. Now I need to make sure they are gapped properly and get them in. I also bought some electrical contact cleaner for the MAF sensor.

And I still haven't put in the cabin air filter.
