San Bernardino monthly meet and drive 2007 thread.
My New Years eve was great. No drama, No cops, No hangover .
But I did have to come back to work today.
So my car is getting some new years love.
New cabin air filter
New engine air filter
New spark plugs
an oil change
And maybe even a detail

Happy New Year.
I'm back at work.
We were in Vegas from Friday until last night.
It was cold, but we had fun. Took the xbox and spend sometime playing games when we took a break from gambling.
FYI - I know Vegas is very different from So Cal. But I didn't realize how different until this weekend.
Turns out, in Vegas, they like to take sports cars (like ours) and actually raise them instead of lowering them.
They must have a lot of issues w/ dips in the street. ( <---- That's funny
)
If I would of had my camera, I could have taken some pics for "What not to do to your car thread", some crazy lift kits on those 8's
.
Only thing missing was a 4ft pole on the spoiler w/ a confederate flag.

I didn't take any pics.
I don't need a program to transfer video from my phone.
My phone is actually a pocket pc running Windows.
I connect it with a usb cable and it shows up like a portable hard drive.
It's totally different than a standard phone.
What kind of phone do you have? There may be some program that allows you to transfer info from it to the pc.

oh, that's different.
The video camera came w/ a cable to connect to firewire.
I just used Windows Movie Maker to import the video.
Does your camera have a cable? Do you have the drivers for the camera?

I have an old dazzle device, and it worked for some VCR tapes we transfered.
If you're connecting through RCA, you wouldn't need drivers.
If you connect the dazzle device, and your pc recognizes that it's connected, you should be able to open Windows Movie Maker or the Dazzle software and select to capture video from Dazzle.
You won't actually control the camera from the pc, but you should be able to hit play on the camera and see the video on the pc.

So I am at the dealership, and I guess there is a new recall on the car.
MSP-13 = The gas cap is to be replaced. Sounds like a simple one, but i have searched with no good answers here. So before I start a new thread about it . . does anybody else have any more info on this one?

hey jake, i was out in your neck of the woods yesterday. two of my uncles each bought winter homes in the Krevorian new home development area in Beaumont- just off the 10 freeway. and- boy, is it windy there or what. there was dirt everywhere. we went out there to visit and bring them some furniture.
