Google is taking over the world and to be honest, I'm perfectly okay with it.
Michael: do you have a google voice number yet? If not, you shoudl; it's awesome!
I would think the manufacturers of GPS devices CRINGED the day they heard google was doing a street view navigation and they were giving it away for FREE to Android phone users.
I can't wait to get my new phone

SNAPP, that is pretty sweet jeorge from what i can tell. i will have to watch the video at home though.
OH AND I ALMOST FORGOT, ALMOST GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT LAST NIGHT TRYING TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THIS CAR. It is an Astin Martin but i have never seen one like this before even on line. Cesar or Keith have you seen it? He pulled into Victoria Gardens. anyway he has what look like stacked dual exhaust similar to the LF-A. and the side skrits were black and looked more functional like a scope for air to the rear brakes. i cant remember if there wasa spoiler but i think the hood was special too. It was small then most Astin Martin i have seen or at least it looked so. I was tying to take a pictue at the light but i kept dropping my phone.
Oh and it had aftermarket wheels too, maybe it was a custom tune or a one off self modded car, not so such it was a factory car.

Cesar: not sure if you're interested but since I hardly EVER see lightning yellow stuff for sale, I figured I'd give you a heads up.

Yeah it really is gorgeous to look at. I hadn't even heard of the Premier body kit for it until I did a Google search and tried to find a model in Aston Martin's lineup that matched some of the features you described.
this four minute short cost $300.00

kinnda quiet in here lately.
I didn't watch any football yesterday but I did see some highlights last night. Crazy finish to that Steelers game! It was nice to see them snap that terrible losing streak.
everyone started their X-mas shopping?
Keith: how's Erica doing? Aren't you getting close to the big day?
Cesar: where you been man?
Loren: what's new & exciting? How's the car running?

cooling lights comes on, not sure why (its cold already!) shopping all done except for two people. Saw Avatar yesterday in 3D (bugged me for a botu 15min then got used to it. Movie was graet and very seamless. Makes the beast in Star Trek look like crap. Very well excuated and quicker then 2 hours 40 mins.
loren: pop your hood and check the coolant overflow tank. Pour a little anti-freeze in there, it might be slightly low.
I'm not sure what to make of Avatar. I am intrigued by it but not sure if I'm intrigued enough to actually go and see it. I think the 3D thing would annoy me though.
Speaking of movies: I saw Inglorious Bastards this weekend, AWESOME movie!

i don't get the comic... is it that they are both sick perverts already and the one guy thinks the other guy is sicker?
what do u think of KHS' 2010 XC 604/ 204/ 104 series mountain bikes Loren? I'm thinking of waiting til next year and getting a blue 204- maybe medium (17) or small (15)... i tried out the Kona's on sunday and they are really smooth. but, the kink in the cross bar looks too feminine to me... =\

Can't help you too much with mtn bikes since my last one was 10+ years ago. I know about road bikes. I have been asking a few questions about them so here is what i can help you with.
-figure out what kind or riding you are going to do (do you need a full suspension or maybe just a hard tail.
-if you need a full suspension what kind of terrain are you going on, how much travel do you need in the fork (5" is popular right now)
-seperate componets are better (look for seperate shifter and brake levers on the top bars.
-figure out how much mountain climbing you will be doing (do you need a 7 speed or a 9 speed)
-for a raod bike the most important componets are the derailiers and shifters, probabely the same for mtn bikes, mmake sure you get a good set.
-lastly get the best bike frame you can because componets can always be upgraded later.
I do not know a lot about Kona but then again I have only stuck with one brand because Cannondale has been so reliable and I put them to good use. There are a lot of brands out there probabely all good (Intense, Scott, KHS, Cannondale, Specilized).
Also being the end of the year don't buy 2010, I am sure you can get some killer deals on 2009 models. And some bike shops have demo days so you can actually go out a try the bike before buying it. www.donsbikeshop.com is where I got my bike and they have demo days at least 2-3 times a year in Loma Linda. www.incycle.com also has demo days not as often though.
Here's some deals

thanks for the info Loren...
yah, Wheel World has a good deal right now on 2008 KHS XC 204's... really solid bike with lotsa good components- esp the rear suspension mechanism. BUT, the only color they have is dark bronze, or what they call "burnt orange." i drove all the way to culver city and tried it out, because the color looked okay in the picture. but, when i saw it in person the color looks too much like brown, copper pipping to me. it's also matte (dull) and not-shiny at all. otherwise, i think i would've just bought it... sigh. frustrating...

dang, those are NICE! the silver is sick looking
Cannondale's are really good, but they are a bit pricey for me tho.. :P
my goal is to try to get a full suspension mtn bike that's normally priced around $1200-1400 or so, for around $1000 or less. The Novara System was like that ($735)- but REI screwed me. The Kona Four that Wheel World has is like that too- about $800- and it rides SO freaking nice it's like you're floating on air. BUT, I can't stand the little gay kink in the crossbar that all the Kona's have near the seat joint. what's up with that anyways? It makes them all look like girl bikes...
it seems only the super expensive models (Cannondale, Specialized) have the more "masculine" crossbar to seat joint connector. Novara, KHS have it too. But, Novara is no longer making full-suspension mountains- ever again REI told me. So, KHS is the next choice in my price bracket...
If you like silver check out this one: http://www.khsbicycles.com/03_xc_604_10.htm also a bit outta my price range. but, here's to hoping i can find something...

Yeah big name bike brands start a little higher so when they are on sale they are still kind of pricy. Scott and Giant are good bikes that you can probabley find some in your price range.

The forum is what it is, I dont even remembr the last time Casey was in here and it has to be 3 times that for Jesse. People move on and they can only hold on so long.

feb 4th is big day, or sometime slightly before or after....so on the 6 week countdown. she is now having to monitor kicks these last 6 weeks...and should be having doctor appointments every week just to make sure everything is still on track for Feb 4th.
