i tried sprint and will never, ever go back unless they (a) hand deliver the phone to my house, (b) bend over and kiss my *** 3 times and (c) give me 20 years of free service. come to think of it, what's the use of 20 years of useless service. **** it- i won't go back period. LOL

they blacked me out on both my phones for 3 days (old & new), and then after the 30 day period when i decided they sucked too much and cancelled they tried to stick me a bill for all the calls. (wtf is the point of the free trial period anyways, if they're going to charge me?) needless to say, i called, waited on hold for 80 hours, bitched til they hated me, and cancelled my bill.

for all the time i wasted without service and on the phone w/ those ********, they should've paid ME. besides that, 90% of incoming calls all showed up as "roaming" status on my phone, which means i have to pay above & beyond my contract. so screw that. (what shitty coverage.)

so, i gave Sprint a shot and concluded that there is **** and then below that there's a company called sprint. verizon (what i've been using the past 7, 8 years) sucks too, but compared to sprint they are god.

I think everyone has an unlimited plan now. They are all $99. Verizon's does not offer unlimited text or unlimited data for $99. Only calls in the US. Text is +$20 data is +$45. (Mobile Web 2.0 is not the same as data service)

One of my closest friends has all his business phones with Sprint and he drops quite a bit of calls. (although, it has gotten better the last 6-12 months)
Like I said, not too long ago, they were completly useless where I live and in Redlands where I work. Now, coverage is excellant. I've also been all over the 10 fwy testing it. From Santa Monica out to Pheonix. No issues w/ coverage.

So, so angry...
Aren't Apple guy's usually mellow and peaceful?

Sprint's customer service is probably one of the worst things in this world.
However, I'm on a SERO Plan (Sprint Exclusive Referral Offer).
I was referred by an employee, and get to talk to employee support, not the normal cs dept. Employee support is fine.

What could you possibly hate about Verizon?
They aren't the cheapest, and they are a little bit slow in getting the latest phones, but their service and support is unmatched.
Not to mention, w/ the changes they are making to their network this year and the next couple years, I'll probably be going back to Verizon when my 2 years w/ Sprint is done.
Plus, there is a good chance they won the FCC auction for the 700mhz band. They will be unstoppable if that's the case.
I'm excited just thinking about verizon and the 700mhz band.

lol. yah, i was SO mad at sprint during that time. just thinking back on it got me all worked up. HAHAHAHAHA. sorry for overdoing it. :P

on a happier note... u can now click & build your own 2008 bmw M3 on www.bmwusa.com now!

not that i can afford one. but, it's kinda fun. plus, it's ok to dream right?

here are my 2 picks. i love the blue more, but i've already owned 2 blue cars. so, red would be something different.

i hate to say it, but verizon are bitches too...

EVERY SINGLE TIME i call cust service to ask some simple questions about my bill, they take it upon themselves to automatically renew my contract from the date that i called- WITHOUT ASKING MY PERMISSION.

what kind of bullshit is this? i've had to call them every time afterwards and bitch out a manager.

it's a stupid, sneaky trick they pull on consumers who don't read their junk mail- because they then mail you an envelope that looks like junk but that's actually a revised contract.

any company that tries to do this is a bitch in my book. and, this is why even tho i'm still with them, they are still dogs to me.

yah. which is why maybe black, silver, or white would go better. but, none of those 3 colors appeals to me at the moment.

i've never had a red sports car before. and, for me- i think i can live with the slight difference of the 2 reds (ext & int). the blue is REALLY sweet too though. <sigh>

now, all i need is to find $65k....

ive had sprint for almost 5 years..... shitty customer service, but i dont really EVER loose reception, not to mention i dont get roaming charges.. so i can pretty call anyone anytime, anywhere

my one HHHUUUGGGEEEE gripe with them is their $100 shut off thing... if your bill is like 1-2 days late, and is over $100, they automatically shut it off until its paid... who does that????

Jake was kinda hoping the extra $10 would cover shipping too.
