My opinion..since the only thing Loren and I have been going on the last five days of doing this every night, was that everyone agreed that format was to remain the same. The format that was agreed to, by those who posted, appeared to be a black and white center image, with the car in color. The one you posted is an awseom pic, but is reverse of this.

If everyone is in agreement with changing, that would completely suuck for Loren and I, but we need to come to some consensus. I know it would be easier for Loren and I if everyone did their own page and submitted it that way, but then we would have a calenadar wher every page is different. I do like this pic as as a thumbnail, and I beleive I posted it done in Black andf white, with the car in color...but I agree with you that there are other picturs that you have that would look better as a center image.,

Toca

I made a couple more...just loved the shot of the wheels and thought if he approved, we could go with one of these...looking for reactions/response here...

Font color is a concern of mine as well....do I go grey and red, white and red, or black and red?

my favorite one of the bunch here is the second pic labled "toca final ver. 2". That close up of the wheel is just awesome!

IMPORTANT NOTICE - PLease read and respond

Ok, We are coming to a close on this calendar idea...we have just a few final changes ot make on four pages, but we're pretty much done.

Here's the concern that has been brought up by at least 5 people so far (5 out of 12 months)...and we haven't really even heard from Jason....so this means 5 out of 11 (alomst half if my math is right).

Here's the question "Can I have my page in full color?"....

What do you want to do. It seems now that people like their pages, but would like them more in full color, with color thumbnails as well.

Is this the way the group wants to go?

If so, I will post a revised page for everyone. With their Black and White version, and a full color version so you can see what the new page would look like.

I have to admit that Loren has spent a long time doing this for you guys, but it will make the final process of putting together the final produuct much easier. Please respond to this issue.

I'm not upset, just realize how hard it is to get 12 people to agree on one thing. A little harder than figuring out what road to take, or where to eat afterwards.

I'm not the leader or organizer of this, just someone who had time off and a bunch of pictures to get the ball rolling. I'm wainting anxiously for your response.

3rd Important Notice

Payment. 19.99 (plus applicable CA sales tax) per calendar. $21.64 per calendar.

Please PM me with how you would like to pay. Erica has a Paypal, or you could mail me a personal check...which ever would be easiest.

Once I receive payment, I will put that notice on the first page (PAID)....thanks guys. Lets make this happen relatively quickly so that we can enjoy that first month (Viper) for as many days as possible.

ahhh, yes, much better.

Actually, Lesper, going full color won't be a bad thing. It will make the process of putting the final versions together much easier for you.

I for one want the colored car and thumbs with a black & white background becuase when you look at the calender from afar the pictures will really stand out. If everything is in color the thumbnails may get lost. This is another reason why I think day pictures make for better main pictures. I also think if we go all color maybe we should decrese the number of thumbs similar to the calenders in the forum. (See tirubute to RX-8, multimedia section 1st or 2nd page)

Anybody?

I would go with the four you have, in the order you have them...and forget using any of the alternates.

I think you chose Erica's favorite for the center shot. When she first saw it, she says "that makes sense...he's an architect". Made sense to me when she reminded me of that. Adds some personality to your page...kinda like Zoo's barn shot.

I like the idea of B/W with car in the color just because EVERY CALENDAR out there is in full color.
Our cars aren't what you would call 'main stream' and neither should our Calendar. My $.02

Not only that, but a shame to see all of Loren's and Keith's work go to waste... (haha, cheap attempt at making you guys feel guilty)
