The one in Cerritos is ok. They at least have a better service.

Wow, my hometown. Class of '93 - ALHS.

I got all homesick after reading this thread. Now I live in Reno to be closer to my wife's family (for our kids).

Reno vs Rancho Cucamonga:

Weather - Reno is cooler in the summer (but still in the high 90's) -- much colder in the winter (snow is included, sometimes).

People - it is a mixed bag. Where I live the people are well-off and the schools are very nice. However, there are many areas that are simply poor-white-trash (no offense intended to anyone). A friend of mine explained it like this: "Reno is a very transient city and transients don't usually bring money or stability".

Recreation - if you enjoy outdoor activities (and I do), Reno is one of the best places to live. My wife and I take our kids to Lake Tahoe about 3 times per month in the summer. We go hiking in the forests about once per week. We go fishing every few months. Lots of mountain biking trails. There are about 6 large lakes within 45 minutes of our house (and you can swim in them).
