Racing Beat REVi and CA Smog

I was wondering if anyone who has put the Racing Beat REVi intake has had any issues passing smog in California. Most of Racing Beat's parts say not legal for CA like the REVi, but since it is so close to stock looking, I am trying to figure out if anyone has had issues.

I think you should be ok. It should pass the sniffer - and from what i understand, you should be ok with the visual unless your tech is a real a-hole...

i would be really suprised if they failed you visually for the REVi intake, it looks soo close to stock and shouldnt affect the sniffer

Thanks for the feedback. I kind of assumed as much but needed some extra input before making the plunge.
