Yeah, we are finishing up our lights and stuff today, at least most of it....hopefully. Our stuff is small in comparison and it's still a lot of work. My son wants to eventually make our house look like those down the street....yikes! We don't have the road blocks on our street yet so I know it's not offically open yet.

I was in Korea the last few days and wow this thread moves fast. So theres no meet for December? Anyways I finally got a check from my insurance for $1280.30 wooot woot! Hopefully by the next meet I'll have my new bumper outfitted with a custom cut clear bra.

sunday man, we got autocross....final championship of the year...it is the place to be

 

yeah, to be honest I dont think I would make it. I still have the race tires on from the last race. and with the race this weened, I dont really want to put the street tires on, then switch them back to the race tires. just gona leave them on.
(also we already have a few things going on Saturday.... although they are not till later)

like Keith said. the race is the place to be on Sunday. Keith and I are battling for 3rd place in the points on the last race of the year.. (although unless he does not show, I really dont have a chance. :/ would be nice if it was a little close of a gap. just to make things interesting.)

 

So Sunday instead of Sat? Where is this race going to be held?
And demon - Want me to take keith out the night before and get him waisted drunk . . . ? would that help you?

my only real chance is if he does not come. or does REAL bad, like hit 3 cones and spin on all 3 runs while I get 1st or second kinda bad.

none the less, it will be nice to keep keith on his toes.


Sunday at Fontana speedway. when you go in the gate just tell them you ate there for the scca autocross event. it's in lot 12/green lot in the very back. (the most western side.) I would be there around 11:30 or so if you want to watch.

 

We are the first run group after lunch.....this will be the first time (from what I remember) that we will be driving the course prior to working the course. The good thing though, is the course will be fresh in our minds from the lunch time course walk.

I would agree with Speed that 11:30 would be a good time to show....come earlier if you want to walk the course with us, or if you would like to see some of the guys in B-stock...they run last group before lunch...probably around 10:45 or so. I think I will be down there around 10:30.

This is the last event of the year....for those who are interested in participating next season....the first practice event in January is put on by PFM, so we should be able to reserve some slots with Scotty.

I know Cesar and Denward just got their numbers for next year....I would assume they would be out on Sunday as well.

We are making some modifications to the scoring for next season...to give those with street tires a modification to their times to make it closer to those with race tires. This was not something that we did this year...and it was unfair to those with street tires....

yes we did make the new 2007 RX-8 cup points index so that it was fair to all. the street tire guys get a big "headstart" since they are on crappy tires. the BS guys get a little head start and us BSP guys get no head start with our big ol tires.

this is to help make the points chace fair for all.
