Not CLOSED like "we close at midnight" but closed like "We are closed until Wed 22, go to the one three blocks down the road until then." Probably closed for fumigation, as the one down the road was closed a few weeks ago for that reason. Going out there in a few minutes to check the crowd, even if it won't be a very good indication of tomorrow nights crowd.

If you guys (and gals) do something in the L.A. area, start a new thread if possible so others in the forum know about it. If I wasn't bored tonight I would not have read about the possible Hollywood area cruise/meet...

Ya I second that Mike.. I don't want to go there anymore because of the police factor. The chance that I'll get pulled for a stupid no front plate is good enough for me not to go there with the rest of the ricer. Besides, I don't like parking so far away from them.. liklihood of getting keyed is pretty good also.

Sorry I missed last night guys. I got sidetracked playing StarWars on PS2 and didnt notice the time by the time I looked at the clock it was already 11:30. So I just continued playing the game.I will be there next week though.

BTW, I told my GF about the BBQ. She said she's down. Tentatively looking at the second weekend of October (the one after the SoCal RX monthly meeting). It will probably be a 5 until ???? kinda deal. I'll keep you posted the next few days as we move into the new place and figure all of this out.

Just bought my RX-8 and im new to the forum
Sounds awsome, i'll try to arrive at this meeting thats coming up but I cant make any promises (work is killing me). I spoke to a neighbor of mine and she works for the constructor of mazda who races the RX-7 and mazda just donated an 8 for them to race so im going to try to get hooked up with her (for tips and parts) ill keep you guys updated.
