Well, here we are almost the end of November and I have yet to receive my $500 debit card from Mazda. I know many of you got yours 30-45 days ago.

I am not sure I even want to call Mazda since I know their standard answer: just wait and it will come.

Am I alone or is anyone else out there still waiting for this?

Still waiting here also. I called Mazda at the end of October and they told me that as far a paperwork goes I'm "golden" so I guess I'll wait some more.

 

Hey man stop pissing me off! Starting Monday, I'm going to start yanking chains at the Mazda support line..

 

I called American Express and asked them to re-issue the card to me as I hadn't received it yet. But I did receive my "free maintenance" card. The free maintenance card said that I should have received the $500 credit.

Anyhow, call American Express and maybe they can help. I had to call the "Incentives Department"

I got my card today. (I know this is going to **** someone off): I sent my paperwork in 2 days after the cutoff date...

I didn't get any kind of acknowledgement letter, nor did I call them to see if I had sent it in too late and therefore missed the boay. (although I got the letter and stuff, so I qualified for the offer, I was just tardy about sending it back to them)

The letter is postmarked 11/28/03 - *and* I almost didn't open it because it looked like just another offer for a credit card (even after I opened it, until I saw the Mazda logo on the card)

Ditto. Mine came today and I sent the letter at the cutoff date. I called a couple of weeks ago and was told that they worked under a first in first out system and that because I was one of the last to accept the offer, I would be one of the last to receive the card. Be careful not to throw the card out as junk mail, my wife almost. It comes in a plain involvement, no Mazda or American Express on it.

BTW I have not received my free maintenance letter but have gotten my first oil change and tire rotation done. No problems.

 

It would be really easy to throw away as junk mail - I completely disregarded the letter first look...

Got mine today also and like Red Rx have not gotten any paperwork on the free maintence. This should not be any problem though, when you go in for any maintence the first thing they due is check in their computer to see if you are qualified.
They performed my maintence and oil pan change without any questions.

Mine came in today too, finally. I think they mailed the last batch befoer Thanksgiving. No maintenance card yet though and no touch up paint and other goodies.

Gave the card to my wife for her Christmas shopping.

 

got mine today as well, i figured i was gonna be one of the last since i sent in my letter with less than a week left in september

 

Got Amex card today; still no free maintenance card or letter yet. Gotta go shopping... buhbye!

 

Many of ours came in this week; looks like CA is in luck. Hang in there; there is hope yet!

 

I received my $500 card today. It is an American Express type card that can be used anywhere. I was expecting something that could only be used for Mazda parts so I was pleased with the final product.

I have not gotten the touch-up paint that I'd heard about on the Forum.
Maybe I'll get it soon.

 

Im gunna call in if I do not receive it by next week, if not I will simply ask them to buy my car back
