RR: why do you have a loaner?

Yes scheduled maintenance.
rear brakes, brake fluid, engine oil, washer fluid, cabin filter, and wipers all replaced.
2nd dealer visit in 24 months. First was also for scheduled maintenance.
At the two year mark I had roughly 6 dealer visits with my Mazda. None of them were scheduled....

the more things change
ive never met anyone that could install one in two days
and drive the car as a daily driver or even weekend for
that matter.
weekend installs only happen if your a shop, and you know how to tune.

you're fairly lucky then rog... all the other ppl i know with 335i's have had problems problems problems. one of my friends got so fed up that he ditched his lease altogether. none of the things were really major either. just small problems enough to annoy some ppl to the point where they don't want to make visits to the dealer every few months anymore- esp for a new car.

there are actually many out there that have had no problems. The main problem plaguing 335i owners is the high pressure fuel pump. I fell victim to this issue as well but I brought it in right away and got fixed. I purchased an extended warranty as well, 6 years blah blah. So far so good knock on wood
