Need to borrow an cat to pass CA smog (East Bay)

I own a 04 Mazda RX8 GT 105k miles . My cat is starting to rattle and my tags are due. If there is anybody near the east Bay Area . Fairfield/Suisun that can lend me their catalytic converter for a smog id greatly appreciate it . My RX8 is healthy and all stock. Pm me. I'm not sure the rules on putting out personal numbers or email.
