...POC, is always at fault when the preflight inspection was the only direct cause of the incident.

Sure..they left the hood open..where was YOUR safety latch? How was YOUR inspection before you left..

ya got lucky not having an insurance fight on your hands.

Just like not all (very few in fact) wont cover wadding up the car at a track event..

In the UK, you'd be correct, you gotta state EVERYTHING you do, right down to the K&N filter..but not here, necessarily.

Offensive, but all fair points.

May I suggest learning some social interactive skills? All in all I'm sure your a great guy, out in the real world.

Generally i don't mind someone being offensive, so long as the person is contributing to the thread while flaming. You can look up Mazdamaniacs posts for reference.

However in your case, with great knowledge comes posts with no support help or relavance. Maybe its the fact that you feel you have a right to belittle people. After all you are a nasa instructor and you have a super fast car.

Heck maybe its some deep seated psychological disorder.

Or maybe your just trying to do it for the attention, who knows.

I just have to ask what is the point of posting all of this? What service does it provide? How are you bettering others and yourself?

I'm not trying to be an *** I'm just trying to figure out why you act how you do. I'm giving you an opportunity to look at how you are relating to others on this forum. Is being a giant pain in the rear really supportive? Is it really how you want to be known?

It not my fault that the corperation as a whole is incompetent and cant seem to at the very least say hey we didnt know how to close your hood you might want to check it out. All my hood components are exactly were they are suppose to be were else would they be

Well Ive been to many race track all over the country and plenty of people use hood pins and its recomended by the manufacture to use them. So if someone doesnt use them thats on them so quit being a ******* ******** and go play with your little honda civic.

Well of course I took a quick passing look and when the hood pins are pushed in the direction that they are suppose to go and the ring is folded in the right direction you just might miss it. Especialy if some uses the words YOUR 100% FINISHED AND READY TO GO.

What the **** does flying have to do with this?? If you want to run you mouth off about stupid **** like me wanting to fly then you just need to take your dumb *** somewhere else.

My policy is geared toward covering me when the car is out in public not the track. The track is a whole different stituation.

Whats the relavence of whats going on in the UK?? Last I check this is the USA and that is what matters when dealing with stuff like this.

Plus 1 to you shady , my thread was put out there so that others could learn from what Ive gone through and not have the same situation happen to them.
