and the Head Unit is the Pioneer Avic Z2

loved the whole dvd player in consoul loked very clean and made me wounder if i should start looking one myself but 1200 and up for a dvd player is a little much if u ask me u know

 

LoL - well there ARE cheaper ones... I just wanted that one. the hardest thing to swallow about doing that is spending the 400 bucks or so for the corksport kit - but after that it's easier, because you get what you pay for... I got - GPS Navigation, 20 Gig of HD space for music, bluetooth phone connection, Sirius, XM Navtraffic (which finds and routes you around wrecks and slow traffic), DVD while stopped or driving, and it has gyroscopes that measure accel, slope, side accel and it can display that information to me.

and to me - it's been worth it. I've had a couple of problems with it. But they have been fixed by Pioneer.

now you may not want the HU that does EVERYTHING but there are cheaper ones that will be better if you only want DVDs or just navigation or something like that. look around on crutchfield.com - thats the easiest place i found to just look at whats available.
