this a complete thread hi-jack but i wanted 2 ask u guys since since ur local and all and ur 8s r in niiiice conditions. maybe i should make another thread for post counts lol.... ****** all of u lol jk
my first couple of things i want to do, besides the clear corners and grills, (hopefully all b4 SS) i need to get done at a paint shop and i need recommendations 4 a good shop.
1). I want to put a clear bra on the front of the hood and the lights (the bumper is done for so ill wait to repaint it or get a whole new bumper)
2). I'm going to buy all the emblems on the car and have them painted charcol/gun metal to replace the chrome. (did a little searching and it seems easier just to buy them new than retape/glue)
any input is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!

OMG, why are you doing the South beach diet?! That thing is horrible for you...
All you need to do is eat small meals all day (5 - 6) that are very low in carbs and drink lots of water.
You can seriously lose 20 lbs in 2 months doing that.

 

o i have them on. now. haha. car is LOW!

 

i've already lost 6 pounds since monday..haha and thats not just water weight..its only horrible for you if you do it wrong, if you stick with it and eat the right things, then it can work out for you...im looking to drop that 15 lbs of baby fat... haha

on monday i weighed in at 165-this morning after taking a few ***** and peeing i weighed at 160..haha i want to tbe down to a real lean 150-155..

 

damn man, that's pretty awesome. What's the goal for losing the weight? (by when?)

I'm tipping the scales around 220-225 these days but I think I'm going to slim back down to around 200 and start playing basketball again.
