We had a few (very few) members come out to WHiV5 and I really enjoyed seeing those that came. We had a good turnout from local 7s this year....

Maybe some of you will break down and come next year........

Been a while since i've been on the 8 forum, a lot has changed. I think i've seen quite a few of you around town, few with vanity plates. My commute takes me from summerlin to near the airport.

Unfortunately im selling the 8 soon and giving vegas people first crack at my KW Variant 3 coilovers.





Would rather sell locally than have to ship them.

Only on the car for a year comes with everything i got papers/tools/box.

Took a vacation to come to Vegas this week. First time here. Arrived yesterday and I'll be staying around UNLV until Saturday afternoon. It's hot as ****, though I must say 105*f here feels like 95*f in NYC due to the dry heat obviously.


Today alone, I've seen more RX-8's than I see a month in NYC.

 

Hey everyone, name's Anthony. I just wanted to actually say hi, been in LV for bout 3yrs now but i've been lurking for about 2 weeks now reading as much as i can on stikies. Im a noob to the rotary engine and all its works but im learning fast and patiently. If there are any meets or w/e i am down. Just picked this up this weekend. 04 fully loaded with gran touring pkg, sat-nav, boss stereo, heated seats. it has 87 k miles but it got the engine replaced at 74k from the dealer. Pulled the warranty work and had all recalls done. all maintenance is dealer done. been driving it for a few days and love this thing. MUST SAY AFTER THE FIRST DRIVE I WAS HOOKED

damn shame I saw this after our meet last night, SinCityRotary meet .. would have been cool to BS with a fellow rotorhead and someone from home for a bit

i agree but lately i've seen a few pics of black on dark blue wheels and its kinda calling my attention. besides im not allowed to modify this car for at least a year (wife rules) that was my only condition to getting it cause i can never leave anything well enough alone so yea

i am alowed to paint my stocks and space them... lmao i asked.

 

when the time comes and you want to powder coat them let me know we have a guy that does a great job

Thanks monchie. As of now not much. I may soon paint the stock wheels till i find wheels that call my name then try and convince the wife to get me or let me get exhaust.... ( I'm forbidden from modifying for the first of ownership) I can't leave anything alone. Hopefully I can squeeze some springs in there for a better stance. Nothing performance just nice daily.

thanks phil, from the looks of it i just missed whiv5, bummer. i as well am keeping my eyes open for any meets. if anyones is out and sees a black stock with a red ugly dall hanging from the rear. THATS ME.....

i know kinda tacky but its a trade mark, i've had it in my last 4 cars...
