I went to Cali last weekend right after I got busted for staying out too late courtesy of yours truly. lol.

About the suspension, I have to see if the Shinka suspension sways are any different from the stock RX8. I know the shocks and cross members are upgraded but I have not read that the sway bars are any different. If they are not upgraded then I will change them out.

Marko Do you know if the Shinka's sway bars are upgraded from the normal 8?

Change them out any way with some stiff *** bars!

So we made it. Doing 70 mph lol any wayz. I'm off to eat and clean the car. Then I have to find a tire shop to balance my tires in the back for the trip home -_-

 

The consensis around the bar at 7stock is that they are the same as stock.......no change. Shinka vs stock = 10 answer "the same" 1 answers "I don't know for sure" and 1 who says that RB would be better anyway.

Oh ok. I'm going to get up at 7am and pick up some ihop then line up at 8am. I'm going to leave at 2pm cuz like thats when cars can leave after lunch and head down to a discounttire down the street thats open from 7:30am-5pm to get my 2 back tires balanced.

Well... SSXII was good... congrats to Mike for having his 8 in the courtyard (Vegas represent!) but as for me, i've been caught up w/ the stomach flu (started Thursday -- so I've been feeling kinda crappy and left SSXII early. I felt bad for my wife and son so I rested up enough to take them out to the Spectrum and grab a bite.. (but I ended up not eating anyways... ) anywho, back in the room... gonna rest up and hopefully get better for tomorrow.

What time are all of you heading back? We gotta stop by Glendale before heading out... I had planned to head to Newport beach as well, but gotta see how I'm feeling in the morning.

Thanks for checking it out, I knew the cross members had that foam and the shocks are bigger but I wasn't sure about the sways.
He is european so it is okay for him to rock the grape huggers.
The sooner the better, I'm tired of looking at these damn things esp since I paid next day delivery for no apparent reason. If you don't install tomorrow I'm giving them to Armin because he could sure use a set.
