i dont know if its been mentioned yet (too lazy to read)

but, i've found that the best deal is to buy your races on a monday or tuesday, as its buy 2 get 1 free on mon/tues.

when you do this, you get a total of 3 races, for $40.

so, you buy the races on a monday, and use them on a weekend. ez gg

hmmm...interesting. i don't have school on Tuesdays, so that could work for a mini meet. i highly doubt many people would be down for that as the official meet though..

I think you're misunderstanding. the trick with K1 is that you can buy your races whenever you want and have them loaded to your account. the trick is that it's cheaper to buy them during the week and then you just save the races for the weekend.

Ok so basically those who want to go and get a better price on the races should go to K1 Monday or Tuesday and save the races till Friday

I'll do it Monday. If I remember..

Also if enough people sign up, we might be able to call ahead to a restaurant and have a table ready at a certain time so we don't have to wait in line

^^ for calling in to a restaurant, i would prefer calling when we're almost done with racing. that way, if anyone needs to leave early/doesn't show up/ we run late, our reservations won't get ruined.

ALSO
i posted a buy one get one free coupon in the first post when this thread was created for those that can't buy their races ahead of time!

i'm not too sure about inviting other forums. if we have too many people, we'll never get out of there, or get a table for dinner....

this shall be discussed

Just and FYI, the buy 1 get 1 free coupon DOES NOT work with the monday/tuesday special.

Isn't buy one get one free better than buy two get one free? Sorry I'm being asian here.

typically, yes. but on mondays and tuesdays, it's $20/race, so you buy 2, which would then be $40, and getting 1 free, hence $40/3 races vs. $45/2 races on other days with the coupon.

unless i'm getting the prices wrong, but i remember paying $45 last time..

But $45 was not for a single race. It was for the grand prix which was two 14 laps + one 16 lap.

The $20 is just for one 14 lap race.
