One more thing for clarification purposes.

The $65 ticket is for the driver and his or her vehicle only. Your passenger, if you have one, does not have to purchase that same $65 ticket. He or she can purchase the 1 day ticket or the weekend pass. Thanks all!

Autocross Update:

Driving someone else’s ride is one thing, but wouldn’t you like to see how you and your car stack up against the rest? We thought so. That is why you can bring your ride and do laps on our autocross course. Laps will be timed and a set of four costs $30. 8 laps go for a reduced rate of $50. The Autocross will have a driver’s lounge for you to relax in and bum advice off professionals.

This activity will be run by NASA in Lot 12. They will set the course, provide the instruction, and run the clocks. Helmets are mandatory! Hours of operation are from 9am - 9pm both Sat and Sunday. Upon arrival, you will have to fill out a registration form and sign a liability waiver. A driver's meeting is also mandatory. These will be at 9am, noon, and 3pm - both days. Then it's all systems go.

Just specify which day you will attend the autocross and how many laps you want.

Like the tickets, laps can be purchased online at www.JGTCUSA.NET

Thanks!

Just a quick reminder folks. 12pm tomorrow is the absolute latest to purchase the club package. www.jgtcusa.net
Also, please remember to select SoCal RX Club as the ID. There have been a few issues with people selecting the wrong club ID. We may have lost some in the mix too.

Raptor,
I've kept the thread up to date since the first post. Sorry you haven't kept up with it. Is it a money issue that the 30th is a problem? Anyway, shoot me an email at carrol65@msn.com and I'll see what kind of arrangement we can make.

Grab the latest mega-large issue of Modified Mag for the complete list of JGTC entries with bios. (You know, the one with the scissor-doored 500hp FD and the Amemiya Turbo RX-8 on the cover.)

Latross: FYI: My car may be in a booth rather than in the club display area; wondering if you knew if I could relinquish the car club pass in exchange for two Saturday passes?

LC: I'll give you a call about the club corral... I may be able to relinquish my parking space to your guy for free, but sorry, not my ticket/All-Access/VIP pass. It may work best to give my space to Triggerx1 since he already has a ticket in hand and lives in my area code, but I'll leave it up to you.

Also, I received my entry pass, but when exactly do we receive our "all-access/vip" pass/wristband?

OK guys here's the deal.

1) The ONLY way you get the VIP pass is if you choose not to do the laps.
2) Parking spots in the corral are for individuals that PAID for the club deal.
NO TRANSFER OF PARKING PASSES NO MATTER WHAT!
3) JGTC Officials, Paramax and I will be checking our lists at entry to be certain
that you belong there in the corral. The same goes for the laps.
4) Anyone caught abusing any rule set forth for us will be asked to leave the
corral.

Rob,
everyone will get the laps pass because that is what you paid for. The ONLY way you are going to get the VIP pass is if you notify me the morning of. So it's one or the other. This was all explained in the package I sent you.

TR1GGERx1,
sorry but you will not be allowed into the corral.

Sorry if I sound a bit harsh ladies and gents but I don't mean to be. It's extremely important that we are all on the same page and understand what will take place once we get there.

JGTC is taking up some track time on Friday (17th).. Speed Ventures will be out there tomorrow and they just announced JGTC will be practicing for an hour or so with a cool down period. Should be awesome to watch those cars between my sessions... cant wait.
