As much as I would LOVE to go... I run a retail store so that means Nov.- early Jan, no weekends off... evAr...

I would totally recommend anyone who has the time off to go though!!! I've seen the races on DVD & they are just AMAZING!!!

The way the races are run means EVERYONE is fairly competitive!!! Top finishers in the races are given weight in the form of ballasts to (in theory) slow them down albeit fractionally but slowed nonetheless & then the cars running back of the pack can (in theory) catch up & sometimes are allowed to modify their cars further to allow more power/downforce, etc to help them compete.
Awesome system & I've never seen a race that was a complete "blow out" by one car.

Ladies and Gents,
No additional charge for parking.

The cost for the Autocross, Dyno and Audio Challenge have not been determined yet. Costs are expected this Friday and I'll post then.

The Autocross is going to be run by NASA.
Dyno and Audio Challenge will be run by Primedia.

Why do you need a place to stay? You're in OC... only 45 minutes or so from the track?

And yes, I put it out earlier in this thread that both of these events were merged.

I am signed up to go with another friend who is riding along. See you there. By then I think I should have already moved to SoCal. Nice way to meet all the people down there.
