I haven't had the time to put it on, yet. I will try tonight at least before Wednesday.

1830: VR on Glenoaks and Idlewood and SS on the second floor parking structure near the Bloomindale entrance at the Galleria, both in Glendale.

 

1930: Phantom Blue on the north bound 405 exited Nordoff, older blond lady driving whom didn't wave back.

 

1200: Lost my RAYS lug nut key, accidentally left it in the security lug nut and drove away after I changed my spark plug and installed the RS*R springs on the front, purchased a new one and spotted this TiGrey parked next to Upgrade Motoring on Tampa in Northridge.

 

saw a WB leaving Neptune Speed in Huntington Beach last night at round 6pm

1700: very festive WB on Burbank Blvd. in front of RALPH'S. Had it had red wheels, it would be right for this coming holiday.

 

1300: SS leaving Thaitown on Wilton and Hollywood. Her engine sounded like it's going to give up, oil starvation

 

1315: LY on Burbank Blvd. before Kester Ave. in Sherman Oaks. One of the girl walking away is the driver.

 

1825: TiGrey on the Seafood City lot in front of Barrio Fiesta at North Hills.

 

How are those Springs working Grace?

 

Funny you asked. I just got back from working on them, not necessarily the springs but my Camber/Caster set-up. My car was steering to the left after I installed the rear springs/struts, so it was obvious the alignment there was askew. Anyway, looked at it tonight and this is what I found.

Left Total Toe-in was close to the max positive setting.


Compared to the right which I assume is the factory setting.


Dialed it in to a setting I feel I am comfortable with and I'm a happy camper again.




Car is a little bouncy at slow speeds; besides, being annoyed by the speed bump at parking lots, everything's fine. Definitely need to replace those OEM Tokicos though.

 

So do you know the feeling when you're either a) about to get a new car, or b) just got a new car, and you tend to notice more of that model all around you? I just realized that, other than my own , I've only seen 2 other 8's in person.

That's good tho yeah they worked good for me enjoy them not to many ppl have rsr's. I was gunna go for some Koni yellows on those then I saw the group buy for the powertrix coilovers

 

Yeah, I just like how rare it is. And I've used the brand in the past for my Corolla AE-92 and AE-101. Also, I finally put on the Carbign Craft CF Backing on the license plate frame which have been sitting in the closet for almost three months.

Red RX-8 with black stock wheels, stock white RX-8, and a black RX-8 with black stripes on the side quarter-panel as well as green LED lights behind the plastic pillar on the fenders at the Simi Valley WKLY meet. Most RX-8s I've ever seen at a car meet...

1000: Galaxy Grey with what looks like a repilca MS front bumper parked on Sepulveda Blvd. and Magnolia in Sherman Oaks.

 

1030: SS on Sherman Way close to the 405 freeway. Snapped it with a quickness.

 

I drove out to Rio Salado Gun Club yesterday and saw three others. One yellow one I've seen a few times, with a black bra on the front for some reason, one grey one, and a nice black one with plate ALZRX8. I have a white Shinka with plate ROTORZ.

 

2130: Wal-Mart parking lot next to Stone Fire Grill in Fallbrook. BB with a silver gas cover, Tri-Point Eng. plate cover, and a sun shade. Owner probably works near-by.

 

Red RX8 at Alma School and Queen Creek today, I gave you a wave. Dashcam caught this crap yesterday be careful out there!
