People's Mazda is in NW, actually right near where you live. I dunno about the Courtesy service dept, but if its anything like their sales people then stay away. I've heard more bad stories than good.

 

Peoples Mazda is closer but I had no prior experience to how there service dept treats people. Courtesy is not bad at all. I know most of the service techs there. :D

 

Courtesy ironically has no courtesy what so ever. They have a terrible sales department. Go to People's, it's in a less busy area of town, and their service department is alot better. Ask for the service manager named Russ, he's pretty cool once you've introduced yourself.
