Hello! and Bad News.

im new to the forums ,i just got my 06 Rx-8 Shinka 2 weeks ago i purchased it was purchased used with 10000 miles on it coming out of the dealer ship at 24,674 , its a definite upgrade from my old 1998 eclipse i use to drive , but today when i was at walmart picking up some school supplys , i come out to see a fat dent on my front bumper with white paint marks on it and outrageously deep scratches , so. my natural reaction was to cry.j/k , so now i have a dent on my brand new car =-C... so now i wanna blow something up.

But. other than that i just wanted to say hi to everyone and expect me to be waving at u when i see you =-D, and i joined the forums to learn more about the car itself. i still <3 it.

i live in Oceanside , Ca. so when i see neone on the 15 or 78 i will wave till u wave back... o ill follow ... ill do it. j/k

--------------------
UPDATE

its been awhile that ive still been driving around with this , i was wondering if neone could help me out with a shop that can buff it out and fix the paint. for no to much cash money but i do realize scratches r inense

heres pics

so if neone knows anyone that can help me out let me know

sad 18 yr old needs Aid hahahahahahahha

thanks

welcome! I would say congrats but it wouldn't be fitting... have you talked to your insurance company? how much is your deductible?

I don't think it's coincidence that my car has zero dents in the 3 years of ownership, and the fact that I've only been to walmart in this car about four times.

deductable is 500 $ so i figure i might have to bum it with the dent there for 2 weeks or so , or just save another grand. and put a body kit on it.. but then i have to go through the putting it on ehhhhh.

and true i prolly wnt be shopping at walmart nemore. or park.. idk... a block away.

Sorry that happened right after you got your new car.

Walmart attracts poor, stupid people in big SUVs and old minivans. RX8's don't belong anywhere near one of those places....
Sorry. I was on my Walmart rant...

Good luck with the repair.

You might get the dent removed by the guys who do the paintless dent repair.
Get the clear corners to replace the amber lights
Buff out the scratches.

think of it this way. The money it's going to cost to fix that dent is more then you would have saved shopping at walmat for a few years.

walmart parking lots = the suck
