I just got my new 2005 Snowflake Whitewater Pearl RX-8 today. I know there are alot of them out there in Oahu. Are there any get togethers for a cruise coming up soon??? if not there should be one.. There are alot of nice ones out there. All hawaii members hit me up..

Hey you found me. I use to work at Sears Auto, but not anymore. So you won't be seeing my 8 there anymore.

 

Yes IRXHAWAII.COM has been up for about 2 weeks now. We are planning a RIDE this sunday at 10am at Kakaako Waterfront park. Take Ala Moana Blvd to Ahui St then follow it all the way down to the parking lot where we will all be. The ride is open to all rotary engines (RX7 and RX8) hince the name Island Rotary eXperiment.

I'll be moving out to Oahu sometime between now and this september. Anyone else out here???

Is the Oahu group pretty active (meets and what not)?
Oh also, whats the Octane rating of premium in Hawaii? Is it 91 like in Cali or higher?

Octane is 92 i think if I remember correctly. And yes we are pretty active with meets and get togethers although not much planning (by the fly) usually. So checkout IRXHAWAII.COM we have pics and lots of other stuff there.

Is there a forum board that the island 8 owners frequent to set up these meets or just check the calender on the site?

No we just call eachother when we have some free time and want to hangout other times we plan ahead a few weeks then do a run/meet.
