Has anyone recieved their debit cards and free maintenance info yet from Mazda ?

I have to call them three times to get the form last month and have not had anything back yet.

 

I've already spent mine

Did they send you a card or certificate for the free maintenance or will the dealer go by VIN ?

 

I got mine. Haven't used it up yet though like mike over there. I need to get to spending!

 

I just got a certificate for free maintance and brought that to the dealer for my second oil change.
no maintaince card yet
but they do go by vin

 

I havent gotten jack ... wtf!

 

I called Mazda Customer Service today looking for my debit and maintenance cards. She said they should send all of them out by the end of November. There will be two cards, one for free maintenance and debit card itself.

Mazda said that if your car needs service the delear can go by VIN while you are waiting for your card. I recall you have done this already but there shold be a free maintenance card coming soon.

 

I've had my cash card for about a month now (loooong since spent!) but haven't heard a *peep* from mazda about the maintenance card. What number have you called for this information?

Edit: answer to my own question -- I guess I can look up the Customer Service number. duh.
